Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Deposit / Bank Transfer: After placing an order, you will receive our bank account details. Orders are processed once the payment is confirmed. Include your Order ID in the transfer reference.
• Other payment gateways supported by Shopify (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.)

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide using dropshipping suppliers (e.g., DSers, AliExpress). Estimated delivery times vary by region and carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to dropshipping, returns are subject to supplier policies. If an item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, contact us within 7 days. Refunds or replacements are handled case-by-case. Bank deposit refunds will return to the original account.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, text, logos, and graphics, belongs to TRENDBOX or our suppliers. Do not reproduce or use content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using our products or website. You accept risks associated with shipping delays, customs, or supplier errors.
